You will develop a firm understanding about the core themes in management and leadership to maximise officer recruitment to the armed forces.<br/><br/>TheFoundations of Military Leadership provides a specialist, work-related programme of study that covers the key knowledge, understanding and practical skills required in the Public Services sector and also offers particular emphasis through specialist units tailored to your chosen careers pathway.
