You’ll evaluate the history of anatomy and how it has evolved, and investigate how the study of anatomy is built on rigorous scientific techniques. <br/><br/>Gain hands-on experience with human cadavers in practical classes on each year of the programme, enhancing your anatomical knowledge at both the cellular and whole-body levels while developing essential dissection skills. <br/><br/>You’ll investigate the intricacies of microanatomy while gaining hands-on experience in techniques such as specimen preparation. Study the human nervous system to understand its control by the brain, analyse how humans see, smell, hear, and taste, and examine the key embryological processes that drive human development.<br/><br/>We’ll support your growth as an effective anatomy educator with modules exploring best practices, teaching you how to prepare and deliver teaching sessions for diverse audiences and encouraging innovative thinking to create unique resources for anatomy education.
