Scottish Advanced Higher

Must be combined with three Scottish Highers. We do not count the Higher and Advanced Higher in the same subject. Must include Advanced Higher Biology and Chemistry. If only one of Chemistry or Biology is offered at Advanced Higher, the other must be offered at Higher level at grade A. English and Mathematics required at N5/Standard Credit grade 1 or 2/ Intermediate 2, with grade B if not offered at Higher.

International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme

38 points overall or an aggregate score of 19 from three Higher Levels. Must include grade 6 in Higher Level Biology and Chemistry. Notes: The total point score of 38 includes TOK/EE. GCSE/IGCSE Mathematics requirement can be met via Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches or Mathematics: Applications and Interpretation achieved at Standard Level/Higher Level grade 2 or Middle Years Mathematics grade 5. All applicants must take the UCAT.

Must include Biology and Chemistry. GCSE grade 6/B in both English and Mathematics required, if not offered at A/AS level. Please note that A-level General Studies, Critical Thinking, Thinking Skills and Global Perspectives are not accepted by King's as one of your A levels. NOTE: If you are taking linear A levels in England, you will be required to pass the practical endorsement in all science subjects.
