Nutrition is the study of the complex relationships between diet, lifestyle and health outcomes in individuals and populations - all vital in the drive to reduce long-term conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and cancer. This nutrition course is a multi-disciplinary science encompassing biochemistry, physiology, food science, and behaviour.
