The BA (Hons) Childhood Studies Degree is aimed at those who intend to work, in the field of childhood and youth services or education, or for those who work within these fields who would benefit from more classroom teaching than the Foundation Degrees. It is aimed at people who are passionate about children and young people, enjoy working in settings where they are and are person-centred. The degree enables students to work in a placement in a relevant setting and combines academic knowledge and practical experience, to enable students to support children and young people.
