Sports Management (Accelerated) Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) - BA (Hons)

Our BA (Hons) Sports Management accelerated degree will open a world of opportunity, in just two years. It’s designed to empower you with the knowledge, skills and experience that is highly sought after by employers. 

Don’t worry, we’ll cover exactly the same content as our standard degree, just in two years instead of three. You’ll develop an understanding of the contemporary sports industry from a business perspective – including strategic challenges, internal and external forces and legal and ethical considerations. You’ll learn how sports organisations operate and cover key functions including marketing, events, policy, leisure management and leadership. 

This fast-track degree programme is designed to prepare you for employment by bridging the gap between lectures and the real world. Working with our key industry partners, including Manchester United, Salford City FC and Lancashire Cricket, you’ll develop the confidence, skills and experience to jump into a career in the global sports industry. 

Alongside your course modules, you will engage with the 92 Programme, which is built into every degree and tailored to each subject area.

Engaging with the 92 Programme is a requirement for all students and will count towards your overall grade.
