<strong>Why Business and Management with Law</strong><br/><br/>Our BA (Hons) Business and Management (Law) degree is designed to equip you with essential legal knowledge for a successful business career, whether you aim to work in corporate environments, launch your own venture, or specialise in business law. Accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the course also includes a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, enhancing your professional skills alongside your studies. In your first year, you will gain a broad foundation in key legal areas such as contract law, tort, intellectual property, and business formation. As you progress, you will explore commercial, company, and employment law, developing the ability to identify legal risks and apply legislation in real-world business contexts. In your final year, you will build on this knowledge to address complex legal challenges within organisations, preparing you to operate confidently in diverse business environments where legal awareness is highly valued.<br/><br/>In your first year, you will benefit from at least three hours of weekly in-class learning per module, combining lectures with interactive small-group seminars that focus on real-world application. You’ll be supported by experienced lecturers, small class sizes, and personalised guidance through a Personal Tutor.
