Accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the course enables you to develop essential skills, knowledge and experience while completing a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management as part of your studies. In your first year, you’ll gain a solid grounding in all aspects of business and management. In your second year, you will develop live project management skills, exploring approaches to planning, execution and operations, and how success can be measured. In your final year, you will take part in a management consultancy module, applying your learning in a live project for a business.<br/><br/>You’ll learn from lecturers with strong professional and research experience, alongside inspiring guest speakers, and benefit from the modern facilities at our Gloucestershire Business School.<br/><br/>You will also have the option to undertake a year-long placement in industry.
