<strong>Why Education, Digital Learning and Technology BA (Hons)</strong><br/><br/>This course explores how digital technology is transforming education across schools, colleges and community settings. Students examine how digital tools shape learning, access and inclusion, alongside the ethical challenges of a technology-driven world.<br/><br/>Core topics include digital learning, online education, inclusion, wellbeing, digital communication and collaboration. Students develop a critical understanding of how education responds to technological change while applying theory to real-world contexts.<br/><br/>Teaching is interactive and collaborative, combining lectures, seminars and workshops with discussion and practical activities. Assessment is mainly coursework-based, including case studies, portfolios, presentations and research projects. Students also build experience through placements and professional practice.<br/><br/>The course prepares graduates for careers in education, training and digital learning, including roles such as learning technologist, digital learning developer, e-learning content creator, digital inclusion officer and blended learning support.
