<strong>Why Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation?</strong><br/>Our Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation degree focuses on increasing peak performance and reducing injury risk and recovery time.<br/><br/>Our internationally recognised course with the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) will develop your knowledge and understanding whilst building the necessary skills to work as a strength and conditioning practitioner.<br/><br/>Our Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation BSc (Hons) course scored 100% for teaching satisfaction and 92% for learning opportunities in the National Student Survey 2025.<br/><br/>We bring together innovative testing and monitoring, training and rehabilitation programming and technical skills that are underpinned by the scientific principles of physiology, biomechanics and performance analysis.<br/><br/>You’ll develop many transferable skills needed to be a successful member of a team.
