Alongside an introduction to Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation, you will develop valuable study skills, communication, team work and problem-solving techniques which help to build your confidence and prepare you for the rest of your course.<br/><br/><strong>Why Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation?</strong><br/>Our Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation course is internationally recognised with the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and focuses on increasing peak performance and reducing injury risk and recovery time.<br/><br/>We bring together innovative testing and monitoring, training and rehabilitation programming and technical skills that are underpinned by the scientific principles of physiology, biomechanics and performance analysis.<br/><br/>It scored 100% for teaching satisfaction and 92% for learning opportunities in the National Student Survey 2025.
