This course provides a progression route for those undertaking FdA Social Care Practice and FdA Early Years, FdA CCLD to gain the necessary skills and qualification to access leadership and managerial posts within their sectors. All students will follow the same modules in the first term; Social Policy and Practice, Transitions and Lifespan. Modules in term two will be employment specific and term three will be a research project.
